Can I return my order?
Yes! If your item isn’t quite what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with love. 💌
What if the item I received is damaged or defective?
Oh no! That’s not the vibe we’re going for. Please send us a message (with a photo if possible) within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right, fast.
Where are my items shipping from?
All items ship from our cozy home base in Connecticut, where they're packed with care and probably a little coffee.
When will my items be shipped?
We ship orders within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your little light is on its way.
Can I make a change to, or cancel my order?
We wish! Our orders are processed quickly, so we’re unable to make changes or cancel once they’re placed. Triple-check before checking out—and if you need help, just reach out.
What if my order isn’t going through?
